Haven City Digital provides AI phone receptionist, SMS automation, CRM integration, and digital marketing services to small businesses. Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in a separate service agreement or order form between you and us.

- You may browse our site and submit our forms for legitimate inquiries only.
- You may not attempt to hack, overload, or interfere with the site.
- All content (text, design, logos) is owned by Haven City LLC unless credited otherwise.
4. SMS Messaging Program
Haven City Digital SMS Program
Program description: Haven City Digital sends SMS messages to leads and customers who opt in via our website contact form. Messages include confirmations that we received your inquiry, follow-ups if our AI receptionist missed you, booking links, and appointment reminders.
How to opt in: Submit the contact form on havencitydigital.com or havencitydigital.com/contact.html. Submitting the form constitutes consent to receive SMS. Opt-in is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your activity. Typically 1–5 messages per inquiry.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
Supported carriers: All major US carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed immediately. You may also email us to request removal.
Privacy: We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payment terms, refund policies, and cancellation rules are defined in the service agreement you sign with us. Website form submissions do not create payment obligations.
6. Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., lead counts, revenue increases) unless stated in a signed agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Haven City LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
