New to Cedar Hollow?

Your first visit,
a little easier.

A little preparation, a chance to ask questions, and people who understand exotic pets.

Three things that help.

Meet your veterinary team
01

Tell us about your pet

Share their species, age, usual routine and what brought you here.

02

Bring their story

Previous records, current medications, food details and enclosure photos help give the team context.

03

Bring your questions

Make a note of what you would like to discuss so the important details are easy to remember.

What about costs or special preparation?

Ask about an estimate and any preparation when arranging your visit. Costs depend on the care your pet needs. Keep their usual food and medication routines unless the veterinary team gives you different instructions.

What if the concern is urgent?

Call us right away at (503) 555-0187 instead of using the online form. We’ll help you decide whether to come straight in.

How should I bring my pet?

Use a secure carrier or travel cage, and keep it covered and calm on the way. Bring any records, medication names and notes about their routine.

Can I send records ahead of time?

Ask how to send your previous vet’s records when you book, and let us know if you need any help getting in.

Built around the clinic’s existing system.

The goal is to connect the website to the scheduling, billing and records software the team already uses—not give staff another system to manage. Available features depend on that system’s supported connections and permissions.

Don’t have a client portal yet? Haven City Digital can set one up that works with your software and connect it here.
