Haven City Digital is a small team in Beaverton, Oregon. We build and run AI receptionists, websites and Google profiles for small businesses in the Portland metro, and remotely for owners beyond it.
The phone call that started it
Haven City Digital was started by Benjamin Marcos after more than five years in marketing and sales, running small businesses of his own and helping other owners market theirs. The same problem kept turning up: good businesses losing real money because nobody could be everywhere at once. The call came in while the owner was on a job, and it went to voicemail.
Then it happened to him. His dog Alexi got sick. He called the vet and nobody picked up. He called another one. Same thing. It took more than a week to get a response, and when the vet finally called back, the reason, in their own words, was that they “weren’t organized enough.”
Nobody should wait a week for a call back, and no business should lose a loyal customer because it couldn’t pick up the phone. That is the whole reason the company exists.
