One flat price a month. No meter running while your customer talks, no surprise line on the invoice. Front Desk starts at $397 a month. Below: the three bundles most people buy, then every service on its own.
Every plan includes a set number of AI talk minutes — 300 a month on Essentials and Growth, 600 on Market Leader; roughly 120 and 240 calls. Run past them and extra usage is $0.35 a minute — you're only ever billed for minutes actually used. On the phone a lot? Add 300 extra minutes for $99 a month, and if you're consistently over we'll tell you when a bigger plan is the cheaper move.
Three ways to pay, on every plan: month-to-month at the standard rate, a 6-month agreement — about 5% off the monthly, and a smaller setup fee — or a 12-month agreement — about 10% off, and the standard setup fee is waived. Every rate and setup fee is printed on the cards below, so the first invoice is never a surprise.
The recommended path: the phone, website and Google work together cost less than one at a time.
Your website and your front desk, both handled: Custom Site + Front Desk together.
Answered, and you're the shop people find first: the website, the phone, and your Google profile managed.

Want one piece instead? Every service is priced on its own below: the receptionist, the website, getting found on Google.
No company names. Prices in this category move constantly; the category is what matters.
An answering service with people in it. Plans for a business your size commonly run $135–$400 a month, and by-the-minute plans work out around $1.50 a minute, with minutes past your plan billed at two to three times that rate (2026 answering-service cost survey). At the cheap end, somebody takes a message. They don't put the job on your calendar.
Hiring for the front desk. The median receptionist earns $17.90 an hour, $37,230 a year — before payroll tax, benefits or vacation, and she goes home at five (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, May 2024).
Front Desk. $397 a month. It answers at 2am, books the job, and we set it up — with 300 talk minutes a month included.
Just the phone. What separates the three is how many numbers and locations you run.
One number, one shop. This is the one almost everybody should buy.
Two locations — and your website leads get chased too.

Three shops, or three trades in one office.

Included minutes: 300 talk minutes a month on Front Desk, 600 on Pro, 1,000 on Multi — roughly 120, 240 and 400 calls. Past that it's $0.35 a minute, only for minutes actually used — or add 300 extra minutes for $99 a month. Cheaper together: add the website and the weekly Google work and it's Growth at $997 a month.
Built by hand, paid monthly so you're not writing a four-figure cheque before you've made a dime. People decide whether they trust a site in about 50 milliseconds (Lindgaard et al., Behaviour & Information Technology, 2006).
You like your site. You want somebody looking after it.
A site that turns people looking at their phone into people on your phone.
You work in five towns and want to look local in all five.
Everything in Custom Site, plus:
Want to own your website? The standard five-page Custom Site is $2,500 to buy outright — the code and files are yours, and hosting after that is optional (many owners keep the $147 Care Plan). On the monthly plan you're building toward it anyway: half of every Custom Site payment counts as credit toward the $2,500 buyout, and you can pay off the remaining balance any time. Setup fees don't earn credit. Bigger or e-commerce builds are quoted individually. On Growth at $997 a month, the website comes with it.

| Service | You'll see it in | Best at | Where it falls short |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI Receptionist | Days | Catching calls you already get | It isn't a person, and a few callers notice. It doesn't make your phone ring. |
| Website | 1–3 months | Making people believe you before they call | A site converts customers, it doesn't create them. We need your photos. |
| Local SEO | 2–6 months | Creating calls that didn't exist | Slow, depends how crowded your town is. Anybody guaranteeing the top spot is lying. |
It's a chain: SEO gets people to find you, the website convinces them, the receptionist makes sure the call gets answered. Only room for one? Start with the phone — it pays back fastest.
On the receptionist. Missed-call text-back: if someone hangs up before it picks up, they get a text about thirty seconds later asking what is going on. It answers in English or Spanish based on how the caller talks. Every call is recorded and transcribed, and the transcript is searchable, so when a customer says “that is not what I was told” you have the tape. Obvious robocalls get screened before they reach it; we do not promise a perfect filter, so if junk calls start eating your minutes, tell us and we will sort it out. Emergencies you define ring your cell directly.
On the website. Google Analytics and Search Console are installed and verified at launch, not sold as an add-on. Photo galleries for your work, and your Google reviews pulled onto the site so new visitors see them without leaving. On the higher plans we also run heatmaps and session recordings, so decisions about the page come from what visitors actually do.
On visibility and reporting. Local keyword tracking, town by town, month over month. The Q&A section on your Google profile monitored and answered, so a competitor or a stranger is not writing your answers for you. Competitor monitoring on your top three. Call tracking with source attribution on Market Leader, so you know which job came from the map, the site or a referral — plus priority support and a quarterly strategy call.
Move the sliders to your own numbers. The figure is usually bigger than the plan.

Your first 60 days: if we don't answer at least 95% of your calls within three rings — name, number and reason on every one — we give back every dollar you've paid us. You keep the website. No forms, no arguing.
It says "let me get the owner to call you right back" and texts us. It doesn't guess.
Yes. Nothing about your number changes.
The same thing that happens at 10am. That's the entire point.
Yes. Month-to-month plans cancel with 30 days' notice. On a 6- or 12-month agreement, leaving early means repaying the term discount you received and any setup fee that was reduced or waived — never the whole remaining balance. Websites are sold monthly under contract, with a $2,500 outright buyout any time.
No. Month-to-month is always available at the standard rate. A 6-month agreement takes about 5% off the monthly and cuts the setup fee roughly in half; a 12-month agreement takes about 10% off and waives the standard setup fee entirely. Every option is shown before you agree to anything.
Extra minutes past your included allowance bill at $0.35 each — only what you actually use. If a busy month becomes every month, adding 300 minutes for $99 or moving up a plan is usually cheaper, and we'll tell you which.
