Haven City Digital provides digital marketing services including website design, AI automation, paid advertising, and social media management. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in individual service agreements.
Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. All work begins after an initial deposit is received. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Upon full payment, clients own all final deliverables created for them. Haven City Digital retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Haven City Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in Portland, Oregon.
