Before and after, with the AI attached.
Three websites we built for local businesses: a plumber, an exotic-animal vet and a painter. To protect their privacy, the business names, phone numbers and photos are changed, and the old sites are blurred.
A plumber whose booking box couldn't book a job
A family plumbing and HVAC company. Their old site asked for a name and email only, had template filler text and typos, and was hard to read on a phone. This is a concept we built to show them what it could be.
What we changed
- A big photo with one clear message, and a call button that stays on screen on phones.
- A two-field call-back form. The AI receptionist calls the customer within seconds to get the details.
- English and Spanish. Visitors pick a language when they arrive, and the AI speaks both.
- Every call written up. Name, address, problem and urgency go to the owner after each call.
The AI calls the customer back
Hi, is this Maria? This is the virtual receptionist from the plumbing company, about the request you just sent.
Yes. My water heater is leaking in the garage.
Is water coming out right now, or is it a slow drip?
¿Puedo hablar en español?
Claro que sí. ¿Me da la dirección del trabajo?
Example conversation with made-up names. The real receptionist switches languages mid-call.
A vet clinic that couldn't answer every call
A clinic for birds, reptiles and small pets. Their old site had the basics, but booking still meant calling during business hours. This is a concept we built to show them what it could be.
What we changed
- Online booking that asks the right questions about the animal before the visit.
- An AI receptionist on the phone line that answers every call, day or night, and books visits.
- Urgent concerns handled carefully. The receptionist points owners to emergency help and flags it for the team.
- One front-desk inbox for every web request and call.
A call after hours
Hi, my rabbit hasn't eaten since this morning.
I'm sorry to hear that. Has anything else changed, like his energy?
He's just sitting in the corner.
Thanks for telling me. I'm flagging this for the team right away, and I can book the first visit tomorrow morning.
Example conversation with made-up details.
A painter who needed estimate requests, not just calls
A family painting and power-washing business. We built their website from the ground up, with a quick estimate form and photos of finished work. It is live today.
What we changed
- A three-step estimate form that takes about a minute and goes straight to the owner.
- Before-and-after photos of real jobs on the live site (stock photos in this showcase copy).
- A sticky call and estimate bar on phones.
About these examples
- The names are changed. The showcase copies use made-up business names, fake 555 numbers and stock photos, so no real customer or owner is shown.
- Two of these are concepts. We built the plumbing and vet sites to show those owners what we would do. The painting site is a live client site.
- The forms are switched off on the showcase copies. To hear the AI receptionist yourself, use the demo on our homepage.
